Apple iphone 5c-8GB love it but color is off

I love everything about my iphone except the color. I ordered pink and there pink is actually Salmon in color. The other draw back is the battery runs our every day.

Touch screen is inconsistent. Sometimes it jumps to other screens when typing. Other times the screen will not work or skips touches. Phone turned off frequently the first few days.
