Q: Satellite
I have direct tv satellite for tv. Will this work with satellite systems?

1 Answer
A: This works with the EXISTING Cellular Service from AT&T. Just the same Network as your existing cell phones use. I don't believe it has ANYTHING to do with Satellite

Q: International Calls
What's the per minute charge when making an international call?

A: My name is David and I’m a social media manager with AT&T. The link below is to our website and allows you to review the International Long Distance plans. In order to place international calls you will need an international calling plan and those rates are different by plan and by country.

Q: The time display on my cordless phones cannot be corrected
We have had the wireless at home phone set up for a couple of months now and love it. However, since the time change this month our time display on our phones has gone crazy and cannot be corrected. No matter what time we set it for it jumps ahead one hour of what it should be. There is no setting on the phone for daylight savings/standard so I assume it is getting it's time display from the wireless network as a cellphone. I have contacted the phone manufacturer and they say it's an AT&T issue.

Q: the time display on the phone is not correct
since the time change in March, the time display on our cordless phones has gone crazy. No matter what we set it for, the time jumps to an hour ahead of what it should be. There is no setting on the phone for Daylight Savings/ Standard so I assume that the phone is getting the time from the wireless network just like a cellphone. We have also contacted the phone manufacturer and of course they say it's an AT&T issue.
