BEST BUSINESS BLACKBERRY
This device is the only device I can use for my company as were not allowed to have camera phones. It keeps me up to date with meetings and tasks that need to be taken care of or started.
The pda is a sleek well layed out with well proportioned keypad that is easy to write emails and text to other employees or with Blackberry messenger, which is the most important thing for me.
Phone calls are clear and the wireless feature is a must have when my data plan is not available to me. This device can be changed to your personaliy to fit your personalit as every thing is pretty much customizable to make things better and easier for you.
My oppininon is 5/5 on everything as this is the Best Blackberry I have owned and will continue to use until they come out with a newer Blackberry with no camera. GET ONE AND YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID. =]
Prosbattery life, durable, ease of use, good for texting, menus, speaker, tools, Wi-Fi capable
Yes, I recommend this product.

The number of clicks to get to an application is unacceptable. It takes 3-4 for more clicks to get to an app than I used on my old Nokia e61i.
The e-mail sync feature is slow and unreliable.
The ability to switch to voice, calendar and e-mail is cumbersome at best.
I'm totally dissatisfied and would switch back to my Nokia if I hadn't irreparably broken it.
When I bought this phone I had no idea it did not have a camera. Keep this in mind when buying it if you are willing to sacrifice a camera.
Anyway, the phone is great. It has every feature you could want and compared to my Pantech Matrix, battery life is great. I couldn't ask for a nicer phone.
The software has crashed on me a few times and I have only had it a short amount of time, but this was only with the use of multiple applications running.
The keyboard is larger then the curve series which is one reason to get it. Very clear calling. Texting is awesome. Also, very customizable interface.
I'd recommend this phone to everyone who has a reason to not get the curve.
I'm officially a crackberry addict! ;)

Great blackberry, sturdy phone

I love the 8820 so much that when I lost my first one I paid full retail price to get it again.
The phone has a great qwerty keypad, and if you've had a blackberry before you'll have not problems adjusting.
The internet browser is great, and the screen is large and clear which makes browsing Facebook and MySpace mobile almost as good as being on a real computer.
The battery life is great as long as you let the phone get to 10% before you charge it again (just like w/ any other electronic device); I've gone on weekend long trips and not had to charge it once.
With the Blackberry App World you can download all kinds of cool games and applications, which makes your "business savvy" Blackberry 10x more fun!
There is an MP3 player, I never use it because I have an iPod, but it does work well when I'm browsing my songs for a new ringtone.
The best thing about this phone though is the WiFi internet, I don't have to use the phone's internet... I can just connect to any WiFi hotspot in my area and enjoy the speed of actual internet
The only con is that this phone doesn't have a camera. :(
I personally am in love with my phone, and would recommend it to anyone!
