I love this phone, battery goes quick so take charger with you everywhere you go but other than that its great!! Its got some of the touch features and the keyboard which I need since I have nails.

I bought this phone thinking I would love it and I do in ways. It is great for texting and going on the internet like Facebook, but unfortunately it freezes when you try to access non app internet sites and even freezes when trying to go into the App World. The battery life is very low when using the internet for any amount of time, or frequent texting and calling. Also, less than a month after getting the Blackberry Torch 9800, the 9810 version came out and I was not given the chance to upgrade it. Overall, I would give the phone a 3 out of 5, for good texting and ease of use, but the other features freeze and don't work half the time.

Overall a good phone, i wish the navigation was a little faster. The browser is okay, it gets the job done, I also wish that the screen was a bit more durable. If you're looking for a smartphone, this is definitely a good device.

LOVE IT!

Love this phone. It took me several months and plenty of research to decide on a smartphone. The phone is a very nice size and I love the duel keyboard options. Camera takes great pics and it's nice that there's a flash too! The down side? You cannot hard power off the phone without taking out the battery. Depending on your phone usage with downloads and gaming, your battery doesn't last. Frequent charging. The slideout keyboard seems a little small and could pose problems if you have large fingers. Overall, I'm glad and very please with this phone.
