Perfect Phone!!
I have had this phone for almost three years!!! YES, Three years and it still works great without issues like iPhone's...ha-ha. I have dropped and dropped and dropped in the lake too, Still working. I get everything I need on the go. Photos are Excellent.

still have a year and a half to go on the contract and this junker won't even power up. its been a headache from day one.

I got the FIRST one as an insurance replacement, now 4 replacement s later, need a new phone. Biggest piece of junk I ever had.

Tough, great camera, performs amazingly with the new Android update 6.0. My girlfriend wishes she had my phone vs. her iPhone 6!!!

Do you like to have your phone have less battery power than it had when you first plugged it in? Do you enjoy plugging your phone in just to find the next morning that it didn't charge at all? If the only thing that you look for in a phone is a battery that only lasts for around 5 hours max and ok speakers, than the HTC one M8 is the phone for you! The added stress and anxiety have helped me have a greater sense of appreciation for just how stressful life must of been before the cell phone, especially since my cell phone is used for work! If I could give less stars, I definitely would!!

I know having the OS of your choice is definitely a big decision when choosing a smartphone. As far as trading the Windows version of the HTC One M8 for the Android OS version, that would depend highly on how long ago you purchased the device. Each device you purchase from AT&T has a 14 day Buyer’s Remorse Exchange period. This means that for any reason, whether you just don’t like the phone or found something wrong with it, within the first 14 days you can trade it in for another device or a full refund.
