pretty good phone
I went from a blackberry torch to the htc vivid, and wow. Complete 180. I'm glad I get to download apps and songs without freezing! The display is really beautiful and you can change everything around to completely customize it the way you want. The only thing I can't stand is the battery life. I have to charge the phone twice a day every day, even with the battery saver app. Honestly, I'm just glad to get rid of that awful blackberry.
Prosdisplay, customization, apps, no freezing
Consbattery life, speaker phone
Yes, I recommend this product.

Great Phone with a few flaws
I've had the phone for about 6 weeks now and have the following observations.
The display is sharp and clear, but like all smart phones, difficult to use in direct sunlight. The controls are placed well, however, the volume controls are huge. This makes it easy to change the volume settings when picking the device up from a flat surface, or from out of your shirt pocket.
Battery life is average to above average for a unit with a display this size. I typically get a solid 12 hours of battery life with moderate daytime useage.
The displays "edge zone" is narrow, so when holding the phone, it iis easy to multi touch the display giving interesting results.
Android 4.0 (ICS) works very well. No major complaints on the OS. The Play store, that's a different story!
Overall, I am satisfied with the phone with the two exceptions of the volume button size and the border around the display. I would recommend this to my freinds and family.
Side Note: I have an android tablet, and it is interesting what will run on one device and not the other. but that list is narrowing.
Prosdisplay, ics, cpu speed
Consvolume control size, display "quiet area"
Yes, I recommend this product.

I had every Iphone except 3GS & 4S and decided to try an android phone. I am having the experience of my life. The phone came updated with Ice-cream sandwich which made it more enjoyable. Here are some of my personal experiences:
LTE, blazing fast.
Clear text and image and a beautiful 4.5 inch display
Smooth menu flip through. no lagging.
Relatively good battery life. (It's a tech. smartphone).
Lots of free usable apps. (Look for them)
Google & Android marketplace integration. (one stop shop).
Camera does well for what I want.
Free google Nav./ voice turns. (Very accurate)
Overall just a great phone
Prosfast lte speeds
