Worst Phone Ever

Keyboard stops working and it doesn't let you make calla all the time. It closes apps and shuts off by itself when you don't want it to

This is the worst phone EVER!

It won't let me use my 32GB external SD, it won't let me make calls, the keyboard stops working and it constantly crashes and closes my apps! My aunt bought this for me a year ago as a birthday present brand new, and I've had constant problems ever since with it! I hate this phone!

I am really happy with this phone. It was ahead of its time, once I purchased and replaced the battery for a larger one. The original was a pain, because of its numerous features it did not last very long.

I have had this phone a year and a half and I must say it has been pretty durable. I've dropped my phone and threw it several time and screen never cracked. I have spilled water or soda on it and it still works!! I never sent this phone back for a new one. While those are the pros the cons are when I try to download certain apps it says this device is not compatible. Some apps force close and I can not update my software.
