Why change the original RAZR?
I got this phone to replace a RAZR that got wet and died. The V3 is big and clunky compared to the thin and lightweight original. I know it has more features, but I just need a phone and I don't want to haul around extra weight in my pocket.
If I needed a smart phone, then I would have bought one. I just need a cell phone, and the V3 is just a cell phone that is trying to be more, and it ends up failing as both.
It also locks and shuts off about once a week when I am answering a call. Ring-- flip open-- black screen and the call is gone.
Prosjust a phone nothing special
Consbulky/heavy, freezes
Yes, I recommend this product.

The RAZR is a very good starter phone. It's easy to use and has good features with easy access. Everyone I know loves it. Its good for kids 12-16. And it's an "easy-to-advance" phone for people who start with it and then move up.
Prosbattery life, camera/video quality, durable, ease of use, games, speaker
Conssmall keys
Yes, I recommend this product.

BLAHHHH!!!!
When i got this phone i was in love but then like a month later i barely dropped it and it blacked out!
the middle button fell off and it made me so mad!!im a big texter and if you send something it says it didnt send and you send it again but the person gets 2 messages!also if you are in the middle of a text and someone sends during it, it interupts and messes up your whole text if you press the left button.
i love taking pictures but the camera is horrible!!i dont even use it!
its slim but its actually kind of heavy. so dont chug it at someone:)
its easy to use but gets really boring!
if you still want it be careful because it is easy to brake and sometimes it doesnt charge! so think twice.
