Awesome Phone!!!!

I absolutely love my Nokia 920 phone. I am an Author and I enjoy writing a lot; so to have a phone that carries Microsoft Word and other apps for Microsoft Office is incredible. I had a few issues with the screen freezing up, but aside from that once I'm able to get it going, it goes.

when I first got this phone, I loved it! the more I had it, the more I realized what I was missing out on social network and app wise. you wont have the most recent popular apps. and the battery life is awful! other than that, I really liked my phone!

I Thought This Phone Was The Best At First. But After Two Month Using It, It Has Been Glitching, Screen Freezing, & etc. Like Every Time I Go To My Apps The Screen Just Freezes.

Q: transitioning from flip phone--SIM card contacts and AOL All my contacts are in the SIM card of my flip phone. How to I transfer them to the Nokia? Also, I use AOL for email. How does that work for the Nokia? It is not listed in the Details. Thanks

Q: Phone getting overheated after a little while? My mom's Nokia Lumia gets really hot after a while of being on her phone. Is this a common problem?

- A: Yes the phone does indeed get hot after playing some games or talking for hours at a stretch. But I can recommend you some options: 1. Turn off background running applications by going into the settings for background tasks. 2. Make sure Nokia Drive is "turned off" in background running applications 3. Kill all applications(including all games) after you're done using 'em. Keep pressing the back button multiple times until the home screen stays constant. 4. Make sure tap+send, internet sharing & bluetooth features are turned off when you don't need them. 5. Go into settings for all specific apps to make sure you don't have live tile active if you're not pinning it to your home screen. Doing the above will increase your battery life significantly.
