Perfect.

This is the best phone I have ever had. It encompasses all of the features of a phone plus the high tech abilities of a computer all in one. I love that I can sync it with my home PC and keep up with all of the birthdays and anniversaries in my family, plus appointments for myself and meetings for work. If you are needing an all in one, this is it.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Feature Bloat and Click nightmare

The hardware is fine but the windows OS is dreadful, especially if you are accustomed to the elegant simplicity of the Palm OS. It does keep my calendar, email and contacts remotely, but the illogical navigation is annoying. Example, four different buttons just to hear a voicemail even when "voicemail" is highlighted for the left action key. If you want to simply turn on the alarm, good luck searching for it.
No, I do not recommend this product.

LOVE IT

It's a life saver to me. It's an organizer, computer, and phone all in one. Someone I know just got the centro and tried to compare it to this phone. If you are looking to get a Palm, go with this one or the brand new Treo Pro. This phone has tons more options/features including microsoft windows. The centro is the "economy" grade of Palm and only carries the palm os software. The only thing I don't like about this phone is how it takes forever to hang up on a phone call.
