Really disappointed in this phone
You can not hear the phone ring no matter what ring tone you use. The volume is horrible. It is difficult for someone with arthritis to open the area where you place the charger. My phone would not ever get a full charge. I have exchanged it for a new phone twice when they agreed mine was defective both times. This phone had great potential esp for the elderly but lacks too much to make it worth getting another. I recently purchased a different phone on ebay to replace this one since I dislike it so much.
Proscamera/video quality, speaker, large keys
Consbattery life, software bugs, volume level, difficult to insert charger
No, I do not recommend this product.

GREAT

This phone is very easy to use especially with the favorite caller buttons {123} and the battery hold a great lenth of use time. External speaker is great just what we needed with the cell phone use on the highway. we traded our Sony Ericsons walkman in for these and the GREAT at&t made it possible. Thank You at&t

All things considered, this is not a bad phone.

I think some of the cons in the reviews are by people who have not read the manual and learned to use the phone. For example, the contact list allows multiple numbers for one person and has a field for an email address. I like the big buttons and the three speed dial buttons. The phone is easy to use, especially in "Breeze" mode. One annoyance: the back comes off in my pocket every now and then. I miss the Mac iSync support, which worked with all of my Motorola phones (but, that is not Pantech's fault). Battery life is Ok; not great.

Large numbers -Great, can only add one phone number per contact -poor, Available ring tones for hearing impaired-fair, T9 feature is archaic and does not allow for optional words- poor, contact book cannot find contact by either first or last names -poor, contact infor does not allow for email address- poor
Consoperating system, t9 feature primative, limnited featured address book
