Nothing special
I've had this phone for about a year now. It has been pretty good! The keyboard is easy to use, but the paint has worn off of almost half of the buttons and some of the buttons jam but if you mess with them they will work again. It will randomly restart every once in a while. It only holds about 300 texts, which sounds like a lot, but when your having a conversation its not that many. The battery life is not bad, it will last a few days, but, like all phones, the battery life will slowly decrees the longer you have it. The back would not stay on after a month and i had to put duct tape on it to stay. I will say though, I've dropped this phone many times and it only has a few scratches, and it did not mess up anything else!
I would only recommend this phone to people who want something simple, and pretty easy to use.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Its an average phone
My battery usually lasts all day, so the ones who are complaining either got a bad battery, or they didn't charge it like they were supposed to the first time.
The keys are really small and close together, so it takes some time to get used to and it is impossible to text without looking at the keys.
The camera quality is TERRIBLE. Don't expect to take great pics or videos with this phone - it is always grainy. Once you take a picture, you can't rotate the picture so make sure you take it at the angle you want. And there is no editing your pictures either. The phone doesn't have a lot of memory for pictures, I always have to delete one before I take one.
It only holds 200 text messages, which is not alot if you text all the time. So you are constantly having to delete your texts. And it takes a while to delete them, even if you do it one at a time.
The outer speaker is not very loud, so it's not great for an alarm or for speaker phone.
However, if you just need a phone, this one has lasted me for almost 2 years. Battery is still fine, and I get service a lot of places that other people do not. It doesn't usually freeze, but sometimes it restarts itself.
Prosgood battery, very slim, light
Conscamera quality, not much memory, no picture editing, very small keys
Yes, I recommend this product.

Not a great phone
Seems like I'm always recharging it, and I don't use it that much. And when I do use it having to scroll through so many menu buttons is a pain. First you unlock. Then press yes. Then press menu. Go to address book. Select contact. Then press options. Or select. Then press call. Eight steps just to make a call. Annoying. It's also pretty lightweight. Would not recommend.
Prosfree
Consbattery, clumsy menu, not great sound quality
No, I do not recommend this product.

Avoid Pantech like the Plague!
I have had 3 Pantech phones in the past 3 years. The first 2 broke like clock work about a year after having them. Both of which were manufacture problems, i.e. the battery wouldn't charge anymore and then the speaker stop working which made phone calls impossible. Now I currently have the Link 2 and it is already starting its downward spiral. The back will not stay on without tape and the screen internally cracked simply from being in my pocket. I will admit it was a good phone when I first got it...back when I could actually see what was happening on the screen...but the bottom line is Pantechs do not last. So unless you want to buy a new phone every year don't get this phone.
