I did a lot of research on this phone before acquiring it, and I absolutely hate it. The volume on the phone is very low, so it is very difficult to hear the alarm, the appointment reminder, and the speakerphone. Also, it is difficult for me to use the handset while on a phone call; I guess my cheek hits the touchscreen, and often my calls are accidentally put on hold, or disconnected. Also, I am unable to specify different rings for people in my address book. The menu organization is not very logical. However, the texting and email environment of the phone is very convenient. Overall, I give the functionality of the phone a 1 out of 10.

THE best phone ever!!!

i am completely in love with this phone! i feel like there's nothing i would change about it even if i could. when i got my first black jack i always wished it had a touch screen...NOW IT DOES!
if anyone is looking for a fun, easy to use, attractive phone that does EVERYTHING you could want and more, this phone is definitly IT :)
battery life isn't the best but also not the worst i've seen also. if you make sure to charge it night you're guranteed to be set for the day and night regardless of txting and surfing the net.

I got this for my husband for father's day and looks brand new. Connect to wifi great and has a lot of programs for him to have fun with. He likes the fact that it can be locked and customized. Battery life is unbelievable. It last a long time. Fast processor and expandable memory, He loves the phone!

This is probably the best phone I've ever had. The battery life is excellent, I'm on my phone alot and I'm on the internet alot and I only charge this phone once every three or four days. I would definately recommend anyone looking for a smartphone with everything to check this one out.
