Screen dies, & then you are SOL - completely!

My screen died all of a sudden - a pure black screen - and now I have no way of accessing all of the personal data that was on it. I hear it running when I charge it up, and the clock alarms I set before it died go off - continuously, but it doesn't show up in File Explorer when hooked to the computer. I can't even find a way to scrub all that personal info off of it, either. Not a good design

Q: Can you save and forward photos that are text'd to you from someone else? My Samsung Galaxy Express will not let me save photos that are text'd to me, or let me forward messages. Does this Samsung have an improvement on those features?

- A: Yes, it does. When someone sends you a picture, tap on the picture to view it alone, and there's an icon in the upper right corner next to the 'more' icon that looks like a floppy disk. Tap that and it saves it to your download folder in your gallery. To forward the picture (or any other message you wish to forward) from the message, hold your finger on the picture or message until a menu comes up. From there, you can forward the picture or message.11 years agoHelpful?
