Do Not Buy This Phone
I am on my second replacement. Phone gets extremely hot to the touch. My screen has gone out twice.

My favorite android phone by far

this phone is a tank. after 5 years of regularly dropping it with no case or screen protector i finally managed to crack the screen, and it still works. if the s21 had an active version i would order it immediately. instead i'll have to add a bulky case to the ultra and hope it holds up. bring back the active line!

Any time your device gets wet you want to be sure to dry it thoroughly with a clean cloth as soon as possible. - A: Hello Pappypooper, I am so glad the phone was found! It is never a good thing when they get lost. If you are unable to bypass the screen lock on the device, we will need to look at a master reset. This will remove the screen lock from the phone and allow you to regain access. It will also delete any saved information on the device. We have a very helpful guide available on our Device Support page, which can be found here: https://www.att.com/devicehowto/dsm.html#/make. Once you reach the site, please choose the Galaxy S5 from the device list. You will want to select Tutorial > Troubleshooting > Reset Device > the alternate master reset starts on step 10.
