Great phone

I've been using the Jack for a little over 2 years now, and in my opinion this phone has been fantastic. I have never had a problem with it freezing, the battery life is good, the speaker is loud, and it is easy to use. I've dropped it a few times, and only resulted in a couple very very small scratches. My only complaint would be the small buttons, but you definitely get used to it. I would say that the buttons on the Blackjack were better than on this phone.

Too many freezes and dies on its own.

This phone freezes up ALL the time on me and its super annoying. I would only recomend this phone to people who have a lot of patients. I recently got my Iphone stolen and had to use this phone, and coming from an Iphone, i strongly dislike this phone. The phone also will have full battery when i go to bed and in the morning it will be completely dead.

Good for texting

I had this phone for 8 months before i upgraded to a captivate. I loved the texting ease. Battery lasted easily all day. Wonderful for getting emails on. Took good pics and slide nicely into my back pocket.

i do not know what to say. att in general is the best. i just became a customer again and the fone i got the samsung jack its amazing. who needs an i phone this has everything i need to stay in touch.
