Not the best phone out there.

Very disappointed in this phone. I had the Samsung Rugby flip phone style prior to this one and thought it might be better. This phone's operating system is AWFUL. It restarts itself and/or freezes frequently. Sometimes I even have to manually shut it down and turn it back on or take the battery out when it acts up. It's my only major complaint about this phone. Otherwise, battery life is good (13-14 hours if not used, even longer if on Wifi or data is turned off), easy to navigate and use, and good sound and call quality. Durability leaves a lot to leave desired as I've dropped it from three feet off the ground and it looked like it was dropped from fifteen feet instead - plastic pitted and scratched worse than I thought since it's supposedly a "durable" phone. Decent phone at most.

Worst phone I have ever owned

I have had this phone for 6 months. It has lived up to being rugged, but that is the only positive I can come up with. It is painfully slow. It locks up multiple times per day and needs to be restarted. The battery life is terrible, even with turning off all of the extras.

Great phone for the person that's rough on phones.

I work construction and I've been waiting for a phone that can take the type of abuse I deliver to it. On top of being a tough phone in structure it's small enough to fit in a pocket. If I'm out in the rain or snow I don't have to worry about it getting wet or exposed to dust or dirt. This phone I realize is not for everyone but for my line of work and the elements I'm working in it's near perfect.

Not as durable as they claim.

Only had the phone 5 months, the first time it's dropped a mere 12in it shatters the screen. It is still usable but you can feel the sharp edge of the glass every time you run your finger across the screen. Otherwise it seemed pretty typical of android phones with a so-so battery life. Even just sitting on a desk for 12 hours not being used the battery will die.
No, I do not recommend this product.
