bad phone

I bought this phone for my daughter because she wanted it even though I knew it got bad reviews. That was a mistake. The phone was poorly made and cheap quality. The voice quality on calls was horrible! It sounded noisy all the time. The touch screen was erratic and did not work too well. The slide out keyboard was flimsy. She dropped the phone after a couple of weeks and the screen cracked. The phone also froze alot. Junk!

This phone is TERRIBLE!!!! The keyboard was loose the very first time I bought it, the phone freezes about 5 times a day, and the phone lock goes on and off. Word of advice, DO NOT get this phone. Trust me, you'll regret it just like I did.

This phone looked cool when I went into att last year. I didn't want to have to buy a smart phone because of the data plans. But buying this phone was the biggest mistake of my life. I had to call att and send it in 2 times in the first year due to freezing for several minutes. I finally got my newest one and it was working alright, then the call button and back button stopped working. This phone is a piece of garbage. There isn't a scratch on it and it still doesn't work. I would recommend this phone to no one.

Not so "Sharp!"

We purchased this phone and in less than 24 hours the phone was dropped from waist height and the screen shattered (not cracked)...but shattered. Very cheaply made. We have owned many different phones and have dropped them numerous times without any problem. This phone is too delicate. Be warned!
