IPad
Purchased my I pad a few months ago. I am very pleased with it and also the employees at your Meridian Branch. Would just really like to see some kind of reward or benefits for customer loyalty.i have chosen to stay with AT&T because of my service that I receive. I have been a customer for many many years. I hope that they will reward their long time customers. Gracias

Being Returned
I forgot my password, and the device immediately became disabled with no simple solution to unlock. The more I tried, the worst things git. So I packed it up and shipped it back!

- A: Hello Space gray! The iPad Air 2 is a pretty awesome tablet, I love using mine daily! While the iPad Air 2 does come in Space Gray, it doesn’t appear we are currently carrying it in Space Gray. I did some research and found that Apple does carry it and you can easily purchase one via the store or website. http://www.apple.com/shop/buy-ipad/ipad-air-2 Happy shopping! Q: Is this device mobile hotspot capable?
9 years agoOriginally posted on Apple iPad Air 2 - 128GB - Gold
1 Answer
- A: Hey Karli s! What a great question! With this iPad, you will have the mobile hot-spot option available as long as your device is on a compatible data plan. Our Mobile Share plans will keep you up to speed, and you will be able to share the connection with other devices. To find the controls, please go into Settings > Personal Hotspot. Hope this helps! Q: What would it cost per month to add this iPad to my plan?
9 years agoOriginally posted on Apple iPad Air 2 - 128GB - Gold
1 Answer
- A: Hi there Lebarrow, Great question, I’m glad you asked! When you are on one of AT&T’s Mobile Share plans, the cost to add the Apple iPad Air 2 to the account is $10.00 per month. The Apple iPad and the other lines on the account, would all share the data bucket you have selected. You do have the option to upgrade your plan if you find that you are needing more data. Check out https://www.att.com/shop/wireless/data-plans.html to view all the plans and pricing AT&T currently offers. Hope this helps! Rocco, AT&T Community Specialist9 years agoHelpful?
Q: Can you buy as a gift for someone else to add to their service or can it only be added to my plan?
9 years agoOriginally posted on Apple iPad Air 2 - 16GB - Space Gray (Certified Restored)
1 Answer
- A: Greetings Ronni353! Thanks for your interest in the iPad Air 2 16GB and excellent question! The $265.00 price is discounted and would require a 2-year service contract with a qualifying data plan. If you’d like to get one commitment-free to give as a gift, you absolutely can, no problem! The price would be $365.00 with no contract. I hope this helps! Jen, AT&T Community Specialist9 years agoHelpful?
Q: If I later outgrow the 16GB capacity, is there a means of upgrading the memory to 32GB without replacing the unit?

- A: Hi jim1000atattdotnet! Excellent question and I’ll be happy to help! As it turns out, the capacity is set since the Apple iPad doesn’t have an option to expand the memory. Hope this helps and take care! Mona, AT&T Community Specialist9 years agoHelpful?
