Q: Can videos that are downloaded be watched without a data plan? Like in the car when we aren't using data or wifi?
9 years ago1 Answer
- A: Howdy, Jds4osu! Preloaded videos that are stored on the device will not use data or Wi-Fi. If you would like to use data while watching moves on the go, I recommend taking a peek at our available Mobile Share Advantage Plans online at https://www.att.com/shop/wireless/data-plans.html . Hope this helps and have a wonderful week! Mona, AT&T Community Specialist9 years agoHelpful?
Q: Is there a link to download the Android updates for this tablet? I'd greatly prefer to update my tablet by having it boot the file from the memory card than via wifi.
10 years ago1 Answer
- A: Hello grimlock Thank you for posting your question! AT&T doesn’t offer a file to download that allows the update to be side loaded, I apologize. All the updates that AT&T releases are done over the air, and using a wifi connection is encouraged. You can connect directly with ASUS at http://www.asus.com/us/support/ , and see if they have any other options to get the update besides over the air.
