I sent a money order into the Anniston store to try and pay my bill only to find out I couldn't pay it there it wasn't all connected on November 12th 2020. It is now December 22nd I have spoken with a man named Eric at your store under the notion that he was the manager and he was going to send it back to me and now I can't even get a hold of him or anybody to call me back. Christina this is not the way to manage a store when you heard that a money order came in I should have been called right away and it should have been sent back to me right away. Now I am late on my bill and I owe late fees it's going to cost me $15 to get that money order reimbursed and several weeks.
