Marissa leads the team of friendly experts at the Concard Veranda AT&T store and has been with AT&T for 4+ years and is proud to serve the Concord community providing the best in wireless and entertainment solutions. Marissa is passionate about delivering an extraordinary customer experience and making sure that our customers know how much they are valued and appreciated.

    I had a fairly difficult time getting internet for my home (due to credit freezes and fraud alerts I set up awhile ago) and I wasn't getting much help from the representatives I spoke with over the phone. Each representative promised to call me back with updates but when they didn't call back when they said they would, I would call. I would be speaking with a new representative each time who would say they had no record of me calling and I would essentially have to start the whole process of setting up internet.

    After 4 days of calling AT&T representatives (and being put on hold for at least 30 minutes each call) and working things out with credit bureaus, I was frankly very upset with the lack of progress in getting internet. I visited this store one evening right before closing and Freshta was able to initially assist me. Even though the store was about the close, Freshta took the time to assist me. While she wasn't able to fully resolve the issue (since the store was closing and the issue was a bit complicated), she did helpfully refer me to Marissa the manager and said I could just ask for Marissa the next morning.

    The next day, I spoke with Marissa and having to head into work shortly after the conversation, Marissa told me that I could rest assured that she would take care of it. Having had very negative experiences with the AT&T representatives on the phone, I was somewhat skeptical, but I'm thankful that I was wrong.

    Marissa did an excellent job calling AT&T customer service to sort out all the issues with making sure my account could be set up (it initially couldn't be set up without my credit being checked). Marissa frequently updated me on the status of my account and I was very thankful she helped me throughout this process. Despite her busy schedule, she prioritized customer service. Having worked as a manager in retail, I can tell when an employee is simply doing the bare minimum. From my experience here, Marissa and her staff here at the Concord AT&T store are exceptional!

    Shelby at the AT&T Veranda Store helped us out tremendously. We had a few issues, and she was very patient, and got us set up with new phones, a better plan, and made sure everything was working well. Appreciate her great customer service, and the store's professionalism.

    Upside - no wait - as there was only one other person in the store. When I asked about purchasing a new I phone as I was eligible for an upgrade. I was told there were No deals. When I asked if there was a benefit to purchasing it at an AT&T Store I was told NO. When I asked if they would set up the new phone, he said they could, but only if I was willing to wait around for a few hours. I then asked if there were ANY price breaks, he said not for any existing customers. New Store, that should be closed.
