They told me to go home and after days I found thru customer service that it had no internet plan at all. Could not refund 30$ wasted. Employee there have an attitude and does not care. Gave my account number over the phone the first time and second time said it’s against the rules. Same accent but says it’s not him and does not remember. Horrible.
