This store lied to us, changed our quote 3 days after we started service with them and supposedly don’t know how it happened. They would not change our monthly bill which was $70 more a month than what we signed up for. Luckily we were able to cancel because I caught it within the 14 day cancellation period but they had already sent off my trade in phone and said there was not way to get it back. David the manager is a liar and condescending and although Raul was nice, he obviously made a mistake and instead of owning up to it he and/or David went behind our backs and changed our estimate. My experience with them was horrible, a huge waste of time and money. I literally spent the rest of my Friday trying to fight off a panic attack because of the aweful mistreatment. Edgar was great when I called and asked for information. I later called back to ask a question and Justin answered the phone. He lacked costumer service and he was extremely rude and condescending. I told him I wanted to speak with Edgar and he put me on hold for 30 minutes n connecting me with Edgar. I was going to come in
today and start a phone plan with a phone, but I refuse to make a sell with someone like that - April 7, 2021

Contrate mis servicios y me iban a mandar un gift card, me dijeron automáticamente iba a llegar a mi casa, que tardaba unos 3 o 4 meses el proceso nunca llego y llame para preguntar y no me pudieron atender , me dieron un numero de telefono y llame,después de 1 hora en la que me pasaron a diferentes departamentos me dijeron que no podían hacer nada , no podían generar otra, sabiendo que no la habían enviado, no cumplen lo que prometen. - July 13, 2020

The workers here act nice and tell you what you want to hear but when you comeback with an issue they just give you the run around and toss you to the side. Zulemma told me the $30 activation fee would be waived if I call customer service. After being on the phone for 2 hours, AT&T tells me that they aren’t able to waive activation fees and to go back to the store and have them waive it since that’s what the promised. I go to the store and an employee named Justin tells me that the only person that can waive activation fees is his manager, however he’s off work that day which is understandable. Justin logs into my account, takes my information down and says he’ll tell his manager to get back to me. 3 days later, still no contact from AT&T so I call the store 4 different times and everytime I call the manager is “busy”. Horrible management. These people are quick to assist you and promise you everything when you walk in.
