The rep helping me ended up driving 25 miles to another store to get the one I chose. During the purchase process it became apparent he wasn`t sure about what he was doing. He asked a lot of questions to his co-worker on what to do. Maybe he was newly hired??? The whole process of purchasing my phone took 41/2 hours of a Saturday afternoon... not good. However if I need anything I`ll go back to this store.I will recommend this store to a friend along with my story... they can decide.
