I specifically asked if Seaford was OK and was told yes. When I got there they told me I had to go to a corporate store. Going to Dover did not do any better.
- April 18, 20193 out of 5The young man with the pony tail (Hispanic) doesn’t know the products well. Took 30 mins to complete a 10 min at the most. If he wasn’t cute or I was in a rush I would be a little more upset. He needs much more training for someone who has worked there almost 6 months.
- April 12, 20191 out of 5The agent spent more time trying to log in than fixing problem. She just had to reactivate my S9 because the first agent wrongly told me my old S5 was wifi capable. A 3 hour round trip home and back is only part of the problem. She failed to relist S9 on account which was stolen 3 days ago and they won't honor insurance claim. Even though phone on account is used by household member (I offered screen shot of "about phone" they ignored offer) not myself. So you're holding out on my claim. I will get this resolved regardless of the incompetence.
