I understand no one wants to touch anyone else’s phone, (even when gloves were provided to him and I pointed that out). I get that but when changing something to do with an iPhones internal portion a customer cannot be expected to know what to do, all he did was sit and just expect us to know what to do changing out a SIM card. We don’t work for a phone company, that is not our job. He treated us so kindly and helped us with so many other things we needed to get done. - February 12, 20191 out of 5Very unprofessional manager "Christine "!Went to this store and after 3 hour trying to update my 4 lines and gets new phones she canceled by mistake 2 lines and I lost the line numbers, Than after she place an order in 4 new phones she told me that they don't have the phones in stock and will ship to my house, 7 days later after received the new phones none was properly setup on ATT system and none was working. I have to go back to the store where again the manager Crhistine said that is nothing that she can do and I have to call ATT to make a complaint. All they "she" cares is make the sale and than you are by you self. I'll open an complaint with ATT and I'll make sure that Christine can be properly trained to a better costumer experience. I'll update here after hear from ATT.
