He went through each iPhone to see what best fit my needs. He took his time and made sure everything was right. My husband is in Korea, so we had to FaceTime him to talk about new plans that would save us money. Eric was fantastic from start to finish.
It was nice to have someone make us feel better with at&t. We are having an issue with our account and customer service has not helped us resolve it since last February. My husband is currently serving in Korea and we went to have his phone suspended due to military. Att suspended it, but did NOT put it as military (even though he has sent in his orders) so we have been paying for his service since. He has called numerous times to customer service and I myself has called and we get nowhere. A lot of we will call you back and never gets back to us. It was enough for my husband to want to leave att.... maybe one day it can be fixed.
