I guess they have more important things to do tonight then servicing their customers. Looks like I'm not the only one either. I checked Google reviews and people are saying the same thing.

The first replacement was DOA.I was charged to replace the simm card although the phone did not operate.I received a second replacement and was charged again for a simm card.The staff was pleasant but unsympathetic to my situation.
