They are helping me with an issue of her missing iPhone. I’ve seen them treat, not only me, but other older/elderly customers with the most respect and nonjudgmental kindness. I know in this time/age, those of us that didn’t grow up with the technology of the past 20 years ago, they always are patient and kind.

- May 23, 20211Horrible customer service and no real communication skills. I went today to purchase a new phone. I traded in my old iPhone 8 and the gentlemen told me once I got home and connected to wifi that I would be able to set up my iPhone 12 mini.Once I got home and completed the process I realized that I did not have any data. No calls or texts would go through unless I was on wifi and used iMessage. I called A T & T and they ran me through several tests. They concluded that the gentlemen at the AT&T store did not give me my correct SIM card. Being a Sunday the store was already closed. I am beyond disappointed. I have not had a phone this afternoon and I will not have a phone for work tomorrow. The two gentlemen in the store were very preoccupied by eating pizza on the job when they should have been concentrating on making sure they were doing their jobs correctly.
