    Iran was extremely helpful and got us a good deal. Later on in the week I called to ask about exchanging a watch due to it being to big. Rich he told me his name was bigger guy there picked up the phone and I asked him about the return fee to do a exchange on a smaller watch. He said " nobody made you take the watch" then began to laugh. Very RUDE customer service.

    I am in total agreement with all the four previous 1 Star reviews. If you want to experience lousiest customer service, come to this store. I also was reassured by a "Iran" that my phone qualifies for the Upgrade with Trade In offer, went back the next day and now I am told that my phone does not qualify. "Iran" was LEAST INTERESTED IN HELPING ME TO BEGIN WITH ON DAY ONE AND ALSO ON DAY TWO. I did ask to see the manager and manager Nabeal was not much help either. He also tried to have me add an extra line to our Business account so the $30 activation fee can be waived (this is a rip off) The Activation Fee is waived for upgrades under the Business Accounts. The Lousy Customer Service starts at Top Level, The Store Manager. The representative who worked with me for the upgrade also tried to rip me off by telling me that the color I wanted was not available and I would have to buy a phone with more storage if I wanted that specific color. When I insisted that she look again, she reluctantly went and FOUND the phone in the color that I wanted in the storage plan that I needed.
    SAVE YOURSELVES THE GRIEF.... DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS STORE IF YOU CAN HELP IT.

    Worst customer service ever.. I’ve been a customer of AT&T for over 15 years, and the way how I’ve been treated is just wrong. Came in to the store before Christmas to upgrade my son’s phone through the trade in program. The sales person told me the only way how I could do that is if I upgraded my plan to unlimited, but in order to upgrade my plan, I had to open a new line? Which I found weird, but she told me it was the only way how I was able to do it. I agreed on it because she said I was only going to get charge $10 for the additional line, plus the $30 activation one time fee. Also told me I was going to be able to cancel the new line at anytime after the first month. Yesterday, I found out I own about $100 for this new line, and all of this being wrong information because adding a line is not required to upgrade your plan (per AT&T customer service ). When I talked with Customer service, they told me I can cancel the line, but I’m still responsible for the new line changes, the only way how I can get credit for something I wasn’t required to do, is going back to the store and talk to the store manager; today, when I called, the assistant manager is asking me to go back when the sales person is available in 3 days to speak with her and see what really happened? Seriously? This is not how you treat your customers..

    This place is garbage, don’t bother. Came in for the $700 trade-in deal and was told my phone would qualify. Ordered the new phone and waited for it to arrive. Came back in today to turn in my old phone and now im told it does not qualify and I will not get the credit Promised for the new phone. On top of that, the sales associate lied to the manager and told him that my phone was not cracked when he first inspected it. They play games here. They are now saying The only thing they can do is take my phone back LOL I told him at the time I ordered the new phone, the only reason I was doing it was because I was getting the full value of the credit. Even my husband called to confirm that with him. If you have no choice but to have to come here, go to anybody else except Navil an Heitor.
