We have always had decent service. Today was different. The associate assigned to help me was dismissive and would not listen to me from the beginning of my appointment. He was cavalier and acted like I was doing him a favor by being there. I left before completing the transaction after another employee, holding a mask in her hand, sitting at a table, proceeded to sneeze and wipe her nose with her hand several times--never once putting a mask on, getting a tissue or cleansing her hands.
