The complementary charging cable we received during an upgrade was broken within 2-3 days. I called the store number and talked to Matt about the issue asking to swap out the defective cable for a new one. He told me that he's never heard of a cable breaking that fast and that he couldn't take back the cable because he wouldn't be able to put it back on the shelf and sell it. Matt said that I might be able to come in the store and talk to Mike. When I requested to talk to Mike on the phone before driving 30 minutes out of my way, Matt told me that he was too slammed and that I should just call back later.
I worked retail while in college. I get it... it sucks. The lack of any attempt of empathy is disappointing. At least make me feel like you're trying to help.
- January 23, 20204 out of 5Went to the store with multiple problems. Mike worked with us for a couple of hours and helped tremendously. He told me to call the store back for any more problems but it just sends me to voicemail. Anyone else have that problem when calling the store?
- January 6, 20201 out of 5We were told when we signed up for AT&T TV that it would work on up to 6 TV's. Not true, only worked on one TV. Would not have signed up if we had known that. Asked store for step by step instructions for hooking up the additional TV's in case we missed something in the verbal instructions. They did not provide that, just said to call the support line. Called tech line and left on hold for over an hour. Now AT&T TV is not working at all & been on hold on the tech line for almost an hour again as we speak. No consideration for people's time whatsoever! Very disappointing customer service.
