It took me more than 4 hours to setup a new account and tried to add additional unnecessary services without customer's permission. In general,they are very professional to scam and deceive customers. Be cautious all the time and never to be relaxed. Also, don't sign any documents when you are not familiar with it. They are very sneaky to scam you. Tried to record all conversations, otherwise, you will be scammed. I am the one of victims who has been scammed. They are very intentionally to give you wrong information about data plans or promotions. They are very professionally denying about what they had said or promised by verbally. That's why it is very important to record every conversations, especially, those insincere staffs and manager.
- November 24, 20202 out of 5New manager? Well, apparently things haven’t improved. I made an appointment, arrived on time, and it was never acknowledged. I left the first time, with my new phone and “no service”. Came back an hour later, waited, waited, finally received help. Then the rep left me in the middle of helping me to answer the phone. 5-10 minutes later, someone else came to complete the project as the first rep was still on the phone. On my way home, I received a call from the store regarding the appointment that I had made for two hours prior.

- June 11, 20201 out of 5If I could leave a zero star review I would. I will drive out of my way next time to visit a different store. When I walked in there was another customer being helped in the store, which is to be expected. However, after over an hour of standing in the store waiting with not a word being said to me by the employee I was upset. The customer being helped apologized to me multiple times while the employee did not even acknowledge my presence, offer me a seat, anything. When another employee finally arrived, he told me they couldn't help me in store even though I called to clarify before coming. Absolutely unacceptable. As someone who has worked in customer service for years I would be ashamed if this were my store.
