I purchased a phone at the 1320 Fairview Blvd, location. All info was transferred, however I could not get emails, send emails, receive and make phone calls, and get into Facebook. During my visit to your location on 12/7 a SIM card was added to the phone. It did not work. Upon my visit again to your location, Shont'e Williams found out the problem, which was the wrong SIM card was installed. She installed a new SIM card,, which immediately worked. Give Ms. Williams a raise or a raise in her position. She is very good, and very efficient. Have a good holiday, and be safe. - June 30, 2021

Went here today- wanted 2 new phone and update data- absolutely no help guy acted like he couldn't be bothered. Offered no information on plan or phones- totally unacceptable. First of all where is the rest of the reviews? Says there’s 113, I count about a dozen. Went to upgrade 3 phones. Walked out with nothing. Just wanted to hold a 12 Max. See how it felt without being tethered to a counter. Oh! Before you scan someone’s license, ask them if it’s ok. Just a courtesy. FYI. Been a customer over 25 years now. There’s more to say!!! But out of the now 114 reviews, mine will probably disappear like the other 100 plus reviews.
