- April 25, 20211Caution doing business with this store. Get any agreement in writing, do not trust that you will get the agreement online until you see it in the e-mail. To keep the story short, went in to get a prepay plan, they did not offer it in the store, but they gave me a better offer with a different type of account. I did the whole transaction on their touchpads. End result when I got the bill, there was an activation fee that was not supposed to be there ($35) and the contract had to be paid at the full price for 3 months before the discounts they promised kicked in. When I went to look for what I signed up for, online showed me nothing that I verbally agree to. I as able to work with AT&T directly to get me out of the mess. I strongly recommend staying away from this store.
