AT&T Store West Chester Tylersville Road

We thought we had a great experience but are finding out things really weren’t as explained to us. We had excellent help in setting up our new iPhones . We were told we could get$300 each for our old iPhones when we turned them in. We were allowed 30 days from May 13 when Josh waited on us. This would allow us to make sure all our data transferred. We were told a new phone plan would save us money. It would be $60 dollars a month. We did not realize it is $60 for each phone a month and not the plan. .We did not get any paperwork as their printer was acting up and they would email our receipt. ( Our mistake in thinking the AT& T store would follow through on this) Next we thought about getting the Apple watches we had decided to get each other for Christmas! ( a few months late). We were told we were in luck as they were buy one get one free. We thought we were lucky! We said we wanted to pay for them and not put them on an installment plan. We gave them our Discover card again and thought we were set . We got our phone bill and found we were placed on installment plans on both watches and a $200 credit will be taken a little at a time. This was never explained to us and again we never got a receipt. Yesterday we returned our old phones . We were given given $150 credit total on both phones. Be aware and get the deals in writing so you don’t get burned like we did. We are very disappointed in AT&T and especially this store!

My phome only works by wi-fi

Last week we had an issue with an employee who did not fill in a claim request correctly. The insurance people (Assurian) came to our home which was to be to check the battery in my phone. Well they said that the work order was for my screen WHICH IT WAS NOT. Anyway we had paid at $45 deductible to AT&T and therefore we called Jason the manager at the store. He was very patient, kind and followed through with the insurance via a 3 way call. Normally you do not get this kind of service, but we did from Jason. THANKS JASON

The store hours are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. I arrived at the at 10 a.m. to find it closed. It is now 10:14 a.m. and it is still not open, nor does there appear to be anyone inside. Fundamental fail.

Heather T was extremely kind and very helpful in finding me a plan that best suit my needs. I was beyond pleased with the service I received at this location. Thanks again!
