AT&T Store Zanesville 3575 Maple Ave

Last week, I had my first phone issue in several years; I had to have a new phone immediately. The closest AT&T store that had the phone I needed was Colony Square Mall located in Zanesville, Ohio. As many people do, I Googled the store to see reviews. After reading about horrible incidents that occurred there, I was hesitant. I also read some awesome reviews, and so, I took a chance. I decided I would simply request any sales consultant but Cotter or Moses as those were the ones mentioned as being dishonest. I arrived when the store opened at 10:00 AM and was immediately welcomed by Jaylynn who was absolutely awesome! She was kind and actually took the time to try to save me money! WOW! That is unusual for any business, but it is especially rare in the world of cell phone companies. I also had the pleasure of working with Jaydon, and he was also helpful, friendly, and perhaps most importantly, HONEST. When I mentioned my hesitation at visiting the store because of reviews, I was assured that those who were involved with dishonest business practices have been terminated which furthered my faith in this store. They obviously are working diligently to recover after having had some dishonest employees. If you are in need of a new plan, new equipment, or you just haven't had a plan update in a while, stop in and see Jaylynn or Jaydon. You will be met with respect and honesty!

Awesome Customer Service. Amy went above and beyond to help resolve an issue that was out of her control. Asurion is the worst insurance company and AT&T should look into finding someone else. Amy is the reason I will remain a customer because I was ready to cancel all lines. Amy was thee absolute best and most of all, she showed empathy.

We dealt with a representative that calls himself Moses. He is a sneaky individual & cares more about what he can do to benefit himself & not you. He will cause extra work & hidden fees on your bill. He doesn’t tell you everything he is doing & then you find out later. We have spent hours on the phone fixing things he’s done. We have also spoke with AT&T customer service & they have started an investigation on him as he creates new lines to get commission for himself, when the lines are “fake”. be very cautious when working with him.

Went in the get a new Apple Watch. Josh was super helpful, was super quick and even helped me with a problem with my service on my iPad
