Good coverage
Internet speed and signal have been good. I was concerned that the signal wouldn’t cover the entire house, but so far the intallation at the front in the garage is working well.

Horrible experience. And after several attempts, they never got it right. Something that was supposed to be a simple installation turned into hours of my life on hold and getting calls back to end up at square one.

ATT Will Get Me Fired From My Remote Job
This has been the worst internet experience ever. Fiber lines weren’t laid properly so they dig up my neighbors yard to left, when that doesn’t work they dig to the right. I’ve had to hold their hand through the entire process. They leave and don’t come back. You have to call and speak to three different people for an hour to get someone to your house. Fiber is shared. Speed drops to less than 500mbps in the evening. I’m on the 5Gbps plsn. Two new fiber lines installed, 3 different technicians visited, 4 new gateways but no change. Customer supports solution is to send another tech…
