Get help with access issues
- If you can’t access the AT&T ActiveArmor® app or are unable to change your subscription, the app and our network may be out of sync.
- Try to access the app or change your subscription.
If that doesn’t work, you may need to delete/uninstall and reinstall the ActiveArmor app.
Subscription change
- If you subscribed to ActiveArmor advanced mobile security through AT&T, call 611 or 800.331.0500 to speak with a rep.
- If you subscribed through your app provider and want to downgrade from ActiveArmor advanced to the free version, you’ll have to get help from your app provider.
