He literally told me that my son would not be allowed inside the store because this is not a place to hang around. My son was outside for one hour and I was inside with a representative from asurion Anthony Timothy , who was totally the opposite and very professional. This manager has Not manner to be in a Coral Gables location telling customers “ You could take it either way you want Sr” What kind of response is this with a customer my goodness...!!!

- July 17, 20191 out of 5This past March I went in to activate TV and internet service.The manager of the store agreed to give $400 in gifts cards plus credit $35 for the installation since I was a new customer.Fast forward 4 months later and 6 personal visits to the store NOTHING HAS HAPPENED!!!!
