I went in for an upgrade and they added two brand new lines to my account for no apparent reason other than I’m pretty sure they get extra money for every they start. They sold me the wrong devices. Instead of fully refunding my account the way they should’ve in store, they told me my only option was to call customer service and deal with them. So I spent 30 minutes on the phone with three different customer service reps who didn’t have their stuff together, and ended up spending an hour and a half with an online customer representative who finally got everything fixed for me. I’m never going into an AT&T store again because of this location.

I stopped by 45 min before closing to purchase my cell and they never rushed me or were fuzz about how late it was. closing time came and they kept servicing me with a big smile. it was a total pleasure how they treated me.
