3.0- February 25, 20221I was a loyal Verizon wireless customer for the better part of two decades. In a fit of what i have to call it some sort of temporary insanity, I thought switching carriers for our business phone plan would be a good idea. What a terrible mistake I have made. Not only is the Google pixel 6 the worst phone I've had to actually pay money for, upon trying to switch phones in my first 14 days (I have 30) the manager at the location, James, literally yelled at me, the customer, about the issues taking place in his store James, who was too childish to even tell me his last name, has no accountability for his location, his people, or care b about bat&t as a business. Everything here has left such a bad taste in my mouth, I'll be calling Verizon begging them to help me fix everything, and hoping they even can. what a joke of a service provider. A joke of a manager. And a joke of a phone.
