- April 21, 20201 out of 5This is the worst store and the worst service. You were rude and not helpful at all. If you are not going to help customers, get out of the business. I had a phone with very little battery and I was expected to transfer to a new phone. When I called ATT, there was a way to transfer to the new phone, but by the time I got to the technician, the battery ran out in the middle of the transfer. If you do not know the business, get out of the business. I cannot believe how I was treated. The tech on the phone told me to go back to you tomorrow and you should try to do the transfer. Nathalia kept trying to upsell services to my father and to sell me on switching. After repeatedly telling her I was not interested she told me she was not going to talk to me anymore and only to my father, who is hard of hearing and has mild dementia. She then proceeded to ignore me. Even not acknowledging my thank you as we were leaving.
