Tips to restore incoming calls
- Make sure any cordless phones have power.
- Confirm required cords are securely connected to your AT&T All-Fi Hub® or Wi-Fi® gateway.
- Restart your gateway or hub. Unplug it for one minute and then plug it back in. This will interrupt any services connected to the internet.
- Phone a friend, if you can make calls. Then, have them try and call you back as a test.
Verify call forwarding is off
Still having issues? Make sure call forwarding isn’t turned on.
- Go to the AT&T phone portal. Sign in with your member ID.
- Locate and select Phone features.
- Select Features, then Call Forwarding.
- Make sure any Call Forwarding options are OFF.
