Manage your home phone account

If you have a home phone account in certain states, you can use your phone number as an ID to sign in to your account online. You’ll manage this account through the AT&T Customer Center.

Sign up for an account and create an ID

1. Sign in to the AT&T Customer Center.
2. Select Register now.
3. Enter your billing telephone number and online registration code. (See the Get your online registration code section if you don’t have a code.)
4. Follow the prompts to complete your registration.

Get your online registration code

We’ll give you an online registration code when you sign up to verify your account in the AT&T Customer Center. This code is required by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to help protect your privacy.

1. Sign in to the AT&T Customer Center.
2. Select Request an Online Registration Code.
3. Enter the info and select Continue.
4. Go to the registration page to finish the process after you get your code.
