Get reminders when your payment’s due

Opt in for reminders that let you know if your bill due date is two days away and you haven’t paid yet.

Sign up for pay bill notifications

FYI: We won’t send reminders if you’re signed up for AutoPay.

  1. Go to your account profile. Sign in, if asked.
  2. Select Communications and confirm the account you’re updating. Choose Switch to change accounts.
  3. Select Edit for Bill reminders.
  4. Choose where you want notifications and save your changes.
