If you incorrectly enter your PIN, you will be given an option to enter your authentication code so that you can create a new PIN and access your mailbox.

- Go to www.um.att.com and sign in using your Unified Messaging email address and password.
- Select Settings at the top of the page.
- Under Security Settings, select Change Web Password.
- Enter your old password, then enter and confirm your new password.
