If you have a disability and traditional home phone service, you may qualify for an operator and directory assistance exemption.
Apply for assistance
We know that local directory and operator assistance can be helpful. We’re happy to:
Give you an exemption for local directory assistance calls.
Waive the operator surcharge on operator-assisted calls.
