Benefits of stored payment methods

When you store a payment method in your myAT&T account:
  • You won’t have to look for your card or bank account details. You just click and pay.
  • Your payment details stay safe and secure.
  • We’ll provide you with a one-click payment option when you’re signed in if you aren’t signed up for AutoPay and don’t have a past due balance.

Set up or manage stored payment methods

To add, update, and remove stored payment methods:
  1. Go to myAT&T settings. Sign in, if asked.
  2. Scroll to Payments.
  3. Choose Stored payment methods, then select:
    • Edit to update a stored payment method. Enter your details and select Save changes.
    • Delete to remove a stored payment method. Select OK to confirm removal.
    • Add a new payment method and choose Add a bank account or Add a credit or debit card. Follow the prompts to finish up.
FYI: Don’t have your bank info handy? If your bank participates, you can use the pay with bank feature to sign in to your online bank account and retrieve your bank details.
